Encompasses the ability to increase profits by utilizing interpersonal skills to build vital internal and external relationships resulting in the enhancement of human capital. Strong project management skills with experience directing the implementation of HR benefit solutions throughout the complete life cycle, from design, to implementation, to employee feedback and results analysis.


Rajan is a graduate in Hospitality Management and has a vast experience in various roles in the hospitality industry. He has been working with WWCMS since its inception at the various positions. He is currently working in the capacity of Manager Human Resources. He is responsible for the recruitment, coordination and visa facilitation for all open positions in the Middle East with our clients. He ensures that all the clients and candidates needs & requests are met within a timely and precise manner. He is responsible for screening & short listing of suitable candidates as per the client requirements and vice versa. As a Human Resource Manager, Rajan co-ordinates with the candidates, understands their needs to help them find their dream job.
